Dec. 2020San Francisco, California, United StatesCurrently, I am working in a company that is developing an industry leading SaaS-based product that helps its 8 million users to create online forms and start collecting data easily and quickly.
My main roles are to:
- Provide support to our customers in Russian & English
- Read and understand questions from users, and provide good explanations and examples
- Perform troubleshooting and in-depth analysis of technical problems
- Partner with Company’s Engineering team to find and fix bugs before they impact customers
- Identify trends and escalate critical situations
- Product localization to Russian (products, guides, templates, landing sites, etc.)
- Write marketing copies in Russian
- Mentorship for juniors and interns
Skills:
1. Knowledge of HTML/CSS to help customers in building and designing forms
2. Excellent written communication skills in both Russian and English
3. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
4. Experience in working as a TSR/CSR
5. Strong attention to detail
6. Experience with CMSs, CRMs, site builders, SaaS products, etc.
7. A solid technical knowledge in general and common sense. Creative in finding workarounds.
