Worked in the pastry department and bakery department in my due course of time. Work ethics were strictly followed. Experienced morning shifts, evening shifts and night shifts. Internship was suspended due to COVID-19

Bakery intern

Worked as a bread baker/boulanger at Smoor Chocolates. Learnt how to work in an Industrial Bakery. Tasks included how to make various types or artisanal and basic breads. Under the guidance of the head baker, Chef Vishal, taught me how to knead large amounts of dough, shaping of breads and methods to bake breads. I also learnt how to make chocolates for a week with the head chocolatier at the chocolate room.
