Working remotely, I collaborated closely with stakeholders, including the CEO, CFO, Product Owner, and the Marketing Department, to elicit and understand their needs. My responsibilities encompassed managing a large development team of approximately 15 professionals, ensuring effective communication and alignment between stakeholders and developers. I adeptly analyzed UI mockups, facilitating the translation of business needs into actionable requirements for the development team. In addition to requirements gathering and translation, I proactively suggested improvements to optimize business processes, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the platform. I managed the backlog, ensuring that priorities were well-defined and aligned with strategic goals. In my role, I extended Mashroom's admin tool and transitioned it into a custom CRM system, incorporating all operational, sales, and analytical functionality. This transformation allowed us to better serve customers throughout their journey, manage the sales process for Mashroom's products and services, and identify new sales and growth opportunities based on a strong understanding of customer motivations. Additionally, I actively participated in transforming the Mashroom platform into a progressive web app, ensuring cross-device accessibility and delivering a responsive and engaging interface for users. To foster collaboration and ensure successful delivery, I conducted demonstrations to showcase the progress made and engaged in educating non-technical users on how to leverage the newly developed platform features. One of my notable contributions was assisting the company in integrating a widely used payment gateway which significantly enhanced the platform's capabilities for secure and streamlined transactions.
