It provides Manpower Services, Placement Services, Recruitment, Staffing and Recruitment, Technology Consulting, Staffing Services (Temping & Permanent), Payroll Management, Software Development, and Business Intelligence services, e-Learning. Responsibilities: ● Responsible for Recruiting IT professionals across the U.S. through Job boards, networking, referrals, and expanded Internet sourcing. ● Responsible for IT resource management, technical sourcing and hiring of software and hardware professionals with a wide range of technologies ● Handle full cycle recruitment start with gathering requirements to place the candidate at Client workplace. ● Responsible for handling IT/Non IT requirements of various prime vendors and implementation partners like TCS, Infosys, and Cognizant etc. ● Responsible to Conduct Telephonic Interview (to check availability, communication skills, project experience, cost and other related factors). ● Maintain a good relation with the candidate and the client after the candidate is placed at client site. ● Work individually or with a team and handle the whole recruitment process starting from assigning positions to deliver to Clients. ● Communicating with the client and keep them up to date with the availability of candidates on specific technologies in specific region. ● Using Resourcing channels such as resume banks (Dice, Monster, Career Builder, indeed, tech fetch, LinkedIn). ● Working on Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full-time Recruiting for GCs & US Citizens, EAD, H1Bs, for fulfilling Client requirements. ● Maintaining database of candidates, vendors and having good rapport.
