• Inherited a broken marketing motion and a team with low morale. Identified issues by improving visibility across the function and talking with stakeholders. Helped rebuild the motion by managing up, celebrating others' wins, and replacing multiple vendors.
• Used search data, on-site analytics, form submissions, and seller feedback to inform competitive positioning, branding, and ICP refinement.
• Built audience profiles by matching email lists against LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and Black Pearl to extract firmographic and demographic data. Used resulting profiles to refine ICP definitions, inform ad targeting, and build sales-facing audience snapshots.
• Reduced median speed-to-lead from ~3 months to ~3 minutes and increased MQL and SQL production and velocity by managing the cross-functional implementation of a low-cost scheduling system that I discovered and championed.
• Installed cross-platform visitor tracking (clicky + LinkedIn + HubSpot), delivering a level of attribution visibility and audience profiling that colleagues and platform partners said they’d never seen before, even at Fortune 100 companies. This allowed us to focus spend on the highest-leverage acquisition channels with high confidence.
