Being more operationally oriented has left less control and focus on our products as a whole for my role which is diverging from my long-term career goals. I still use my expertise in the Auto Financing space and relationships with many of the Lender clients to help manage initiatives and understand the processes that need to be in place operationally to make projects successful.
