Our hardest part is being a mediator/negotiator between Dani’s head tribe and the US Entrepreneur. -In 2017, Our firm was officially being an Indonesia member of Legal Network International (LNI) through tight selection process and speech presentation in LNI Annual Meeting 2017 in Wina, Austria. Responsibilities: - managing legal and regulatory risk relating to products, competition, technology, and privacy matters which have impacts on client’s interests, business, and strategy - Provide day-to-day legal advice and assistance for negotiating and implementing contracts and other formal arrangements entered by clients -Pre and post contract activities which include drafting, reviewing, and managing the agreements, correspondences, and other related documents -Provide high quality legal advices on regulatory changes or updates, and analyse legal and regulatory requirements towards the client’s interests -Actively contribute in the decision making process -Review ongoing cases and advice clients accordingly -Provide guidance, perform, review, and supervision to member of the team in responding Legal queries and issuing Legal documents to client -Assist the Junior Partner to monitor and manage the productivity and effectiveness of team
