Apr. 2012 - Oct. 2022Wajo, South Sulawesi, IndonesiaKey Responsibility - Carry out regular plant tours recording important parameters and data. - Maintaining stock control of chemicals and in liaison with the purchasing officer ensuring that chemicals are always available - Ensure processing the water treatment plant and pre treatment plant in efficient manner and to find workable chemical efficiency improvement and propose them to operation manager. - Seeking and implementing opportunities to improve the performance of the plant and reduce costs. - Develop preventative maintenance schedule for Water treatment plant & Waste water treatment plant equipment and supervise during implementation. - Collectiing and keeping accurate records of the plant operations and tests results. - Monitor all events from control room ( filter backwashes, Train start up and shutdown, plant tripping, power failures, process changes,.. etc ) and ensure data accuracy. - Ensure that quality steam boiler according to standart before syncronise with steam turbine - Monitor chemical dosage rate and keep flow rate at desired set points. - Performs daily routine duties such as equipment and instrumentation visual inspection, fills the routine checklist, cleaning of the plant equipment and instruments if required. - Reguler and routine monitoring of running and rotating equipment for abnormalities such as sound, temperature, leaks, and cavitation pump - Supervise unloading , loading and preparation of chemical such as Aluminium sulfate, caustic soda, sulfuric acid, sodium hypochlorite, and HCL. - Maintains operations log to record daily flow, read flow meters, records readings, records amount of chemicals used and chlorine residual. Maintains chlorination system as needed. - Monitor results measure in lab quality ; Make up water, Cooling water system, Demin water, Hotwell, Feedwater, Steam Drum, blowdown, live steam also waste water. - Prepare all reports ( daily and monthly ). - Contributing do activities in respect to HSE in their working area
