Aug. 2014 - Jan. 2016Queensland, AustraliaI was responsible for: • developing HR programs including performance management (probation, pay, ongoing feedback and annual performance reviews, termination), the Graduate Development Program, the Learning and Development framework and employee well being program. • designing and implementing HR process including recruitment, selection, remuneration and bonus structures, induction, Award analysis and interpretation, policy and procedure development and payroll oversight. • maintaining the day to day operation of the HR, Accounting and Marketing functions including line management, the link between management and employees and engagement/morale. • providing advice and support to the MD and building and maintaining relationships with external suppliers, consultants, clients and key industry influencers and • managing all externally facing events, including client reviews, potential client tender and proposal meetings, international trade shows and delegations and internal functions. • ensuring the people relevant Quality and Regulatory requirements for our CASA and ISO certifications are met.
