Campus Law Centre, Delhi University. I am also have qualified Post Graduate Diploma in International Business and Post Graduate
Diploma in Cyber (IT) Laws from Indian Institute of Law, New Delhi. I combine both top law firm experience to start and then in
house experience at a recognized international company. 24+ years of relevant work experience. I am a pragmatic and
intelligent risk-taker with the necessary savvy and presence to influence and persuade - a businessperson's lawyer, a strategic
business partner, and creative problem-solver. I have ability to assess risk and make (and take ownership of) recommendations
and decisions in a fast-moving environment, with minimal supervision. I have ability to effectively balance and align the business
and legal objectives so as to enable the business to grow consistently with the stated business objectives and the company's
values. Amongst other things:
• I can effectively and timely completes transactions and documentation which facilitate business opportunities. I can deliver
positive outcome on disputes or mitigate damages and/or exposure.
