Led high-profile government and corporate engagements, including delegations from the Hainan Free Trade Port, ensuring flawless VIP protocol and strategic stakeholder relationship management.
Strengthened business council partnerships by hosting and managing events with the Mexican Business Council and Italian Industry & Commerce Office, including annual general meetings and bilateral collaboration sessions.
Planned and delivered MoU signing ceremonies with and hosted at IFZA for the Italian Industry & Commerce Office in the UAE (IICUAE), Mexican Business Council and Smart Cities Council (SCC) (hosted at IFZA), overseeing protocol, legal/vendor coordination, media, and follow-ups.
Directed IFZA’s participation in major international conferences including Zukunftstag Mittelstand 2025, World Free Zone Organization Event – Hainan, October 2025 and currently planning World Free Zone Organization Event – Panama, May 2026.
Delivered corporate and educational events for partners, including exclusive B2B legal seminars and training sessions to build partner expertise.
Managed the full marketing campaign delivery for all national and international conferences in close collaboration with the communications and design team overseeing content marketing from concept through creation, procurement, and final delivery, including branding, collateral, and promotional materials aligned to each event’s strategic objectives.
Served as primary liaison for all national and international conferences – setting clear delivery guidelines, managing expectations at the highest level, and ensuring every event met the strategic vision and standards required by senior leadership (C Suite, MD’s, Chairman, Directors, etc.).
Oversaw large-scale internal events, including the IFZA Sports Festival with a round-robin format for 600+ employees.
Managed event budgets, tracked ROI, maintained structured monthly/quarterly/annual calendars, and standardized planning frameworks to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Provided onsite leadership for all events, ensuring VIP logistics, safety protocols, brand consistency, and post-event analysis with actionable recommendations for improvement.
