I held a commercial executive management position incl. board of directors, company’s steering committee, salesforce leader and head of Marketing (till 2017) Key accomplishments/ tasks:
• P&L responsibility for the total EU business (+90% of company’s total revenue) through direct training, leadership, coaching and supervision of all EU Business units and the network of indirect sales channels in larger EU territory. Solidified the re-direction and focus of Vexim from a Kyphoplasty company towards a Trauma spine company with adjusted strategy and country specific tactics • CAGR sales helping the company achieve corporate objectives: o 2015 – (Corporate) Quarterly Profitability target achieved (+30% growth) o 2016 – (Corporate) Half-year Profitability target achieved (+35% growth) o 2017 – (Corporate) Full-year Profitability target achieved (+23.7% growth) ° In charge of on-site sales training, policy formulation, goal and target setting, incentive
programs, product promotions and competitive sales commissions o Expansion of Salesforce in France and Spain, Italy o Downsizing UK direct sales to indirect sales model o Restructuring of Salesforce in Germany ° Focus on GPO activities and Private Hospital groups: identification of business opportunities, execution and contract negotiations/ closing as tenders management
° Improved Vexim’s training platform to heighten product awareness levels and clinical expertise via E-Learning, Cadlab content improvements, KOL building and customer focus, round-table discussions and the organization of Large User-meetings and Expert Symposia.
