Feb. 2022 - Feb. 2024● Secured newer visibility channels for projects and events organized by the organization through strategic regional
partnerships such as with Impact Investors Foundation, Africa Venture Philanthropy Alliance, Venture Capital for
Africa and many others.
● Managed an innovators’ support funding portfolio of over $300,000 for 3 years under three different partnerships
(Sahara Foundation, Ford Foundation and International Youth Foundation) to support the growth, development
and expansion of youth-led social enterprises creating lasting change within their communities across health,
education, food security as well as energy and sustainable environment sectors.
● Managed a grant application platform for distilling eligible social enterprises under the $5 million Nigeria Youth
Futures Fund led by two major partners (Ford Foundation and MacArthur Foundation).
● Successfully planned and executed the 10th anniversary edition of the Social Innovators Program and Awards
Conference pulling together critical stakeholders (both regional and national) in the social entrepreneurship
ecosystem with a cumulative attendance of over 1000 guests joining physically and virtually, discussing vital issues
affecting the growth and sustainability of impact-focused enterprises in Africa.
● Coached and supported a 15-man team to deliver high-impact programs nationally and regionally, while guiding
their professional growth and development.

undergraduates with leadership and community development skills.
● Supervised the planning and execution of the Annual Social Innovators Awards Conference with over 500 attendees
and distinguished industry leaders as speakers including Henry Kaestner of Sovereign’s Capital and Jeroo Bilimoria
of Catalyst 2030 amongst others.
● Managed a five-year USAID-funded project, in collaboration with Palladium, targeted at strengthening institutional
capacity of over 100 civil society organizations and community-based organizations working with youths to reduce
their exposure and vulnerability to trafficking and exploitative activities.
● Coordinated a multi-country Transformative Leadership Program for over 500 teachers and scholars, funded by the
Mastercard Foundation, across Ghana, Malawi, Kenya, Ethiopia and Uganda.
