My mandate was to transform the support function from a traditional cost center into a strategic profit center, enhancing both customer satisfaction, and revenue contribution.
Key achievements and responsibilities included:
• Transformed the Support Department from a cost center to a revenue-generating profit center through process optimization, SLA-based service models, and proactive customer engagement strategies.
• Expanded the customer base to over 100 global clients, delivering high-quality post-implementation, and managed support services across multiple geographies and industry verticals.
• Implemented structured SOPs and standardized processes to ensure consistency, accountability, and efficiency in service delivery.
• Played a key role in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions, and the establishment of operational procedures for ArCapita, one of Bahrain's largest and most prestigious Islamic investment banks.
• Built and led a cross-functional team of consultants and support engineers, ensuring seamless coordination between project delivery, support, and customer success functions.
This role strengthened my expertise in Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM, managed services, customer relationship management, and process governance, while providing firsthand experience in scaling global operations for enterprise clients.
