Hi there! I have a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia. I am also a Professional rugby player for Trailfinders women in England and play for the Senior Women's Canadian rugby team. I've worked as a personal trainer, assist at Age UK with the elderly leading an exercise class, as well as coach youths from 9-15 years old. I love bringing movement and health into people's lives and believe in a balanced approach to life!
