Ensures accurate end-to-end branch operations by reviewing, approving and elevating transactions processed by the CSRs to the required authority limits promptly. Achieves the target audit and control assessment rating by maintaining complete and updated customer database. Resolves exceptions from audit and control assessments by doing root cause analysis and by developing and implementing corrective actions and monitoring to avoid recurrence. Ensures compliance with AML Regulations by creating awareness on bank regulations, operational processes, and by conducting assessment and testing, etc.
