Delivered company induction, workplace learning, performance improvement, customer service training as well as team building and motivational incentive plans for staff deployed at partner employer sites across 14 locations – USA, UAE, Singapore, Macau, Hong Kong, Thailand, Indonesia, China, India, Kuwait, Maldives, Malaysia, Egypt, Mauritius, and Oman. Collaborated with partners and stakeholders to ensure staff skills were developed as per their competencies to attain service excellence. • Improved Group Development Questionnaire (GDQ) secret shopper ratings to 8.9 from 8.5 at partner sites such as Shanghai Disneyland, Emaar, Burj Al Arab, Burj Khalifa, JBH, Atlantis and Anantara. • Activated the global Star Recognition Program to acknowledge exemplary staff performance relative to sales target achievement, customer service, retail product knowledge and grooming standards. Program motivated staff in maintaining high quality service and enhanced ability to respond to partner needs.
