As Head of Sport I was responsible for project managing the tournament and event schedules, marketing program, and online & social media presence to engage participants aged 12-21, across the region. As an integral part of that strategy, I took the lead in creating a college talent recruitment pipeline through relationships I forged in the United States. I identified, connected with, negotiated and secured licensing and generous start up hardware from BallerTV Inc., America’s largest live sport streaming. As COVID and subsequent lockdowns hit in March of 2020, this created severe disruption to the business. Through my strategic direction, we steered the organisation through this period and continued offering quality tournament events in Melbourne only between lockdowns 1, 2 and 3 to approximately 1,500 young people
