I am a Policy Analyst and Economist with over 10 years of professional experience in public policy, economic analysis, strategic planning, revenue mobilization, and project management within government institutions in Uganda. I currently work with the Uganda Registration Services Bureau, where I support policy review, monitoring and evaluation, strategic planning, budgeting, and institutional performance management. Previously, I worked with the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development as an Economist, contributing to revenue forecasting, tax policy analysis, domestic revenue mobilization, and development of fiscal strategies. My key achievements include contributing to the development of the URSB Strategic Plan 2025–2030, participating in the development of Uganda’s Domestic Revenue Mobilization Strategy, supporting the Tax Expenditure Governance Framework, and contributing to the Extractive Industry Transparency Initiative. I also hold a Master’s degree in Economic Policy and Management and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, reflecting my strong analytical, leadership, and project management capabilities.
