I am a learning and professional development leader with 10+ years of experience building and scaling consulting capability across complex, global organisations. I've owned the full development journey, from induction and early-career programmes through to practitioner-level excellence, and spent much of my career figuring out how to make learning actually stick across different regions, teams, and levels of seniority. My background includes curriculum design, facilitation, and the slower, harder work of shifting how organisations think about learning culture. I'm good at spotting where capability gaps are quietly costing teams, and at making smart calls about where to focus when there's never enough time or budget. I've worked extensively in government-facing, donor-funded, and senior professional environments, where the bar for advisory quality is high and the margin for vague development plans is low. I care about this work because I've seen what happens when consulting teams have clear standards and real support: the outcomes genuinely get better. That's what drives me.
