Sep. 2021Capstone Projects Inc. is working with various agencies and emergency services jurisdictions on the highly anticipated Next Generation (NG) 911 Modernization project. In addition to calls, the new NG911 system will allow for texts, videos, and photos to be sent to 911 emergency service centres across Canada. The effort to transition all emergency call taking and dispatching to NG911 is a massive undertaking and requires an extensive network of subject matter experts to ensure a seamless transition. It's an exciting, fast-paced, and critically important project that myself and the Capstone team are proud to be a part of.
