supports the IT infrastructure acting as Level 2 or Level 3
inside the support chain, coordinating the escalation
support as well engaging higher level and vendors.
• Responsible for IT Infrastructure scope, supporting multiple
locations in Americas, for different business entities
(mining, refinery, offices, port, production).
• People management responsibilities, for 20+ members
located in different regions, including third party
contractors (onshore and offshore). Supporting people
growth by official mentoring process as well ongoing
coaching activities.
• Senior Project Manager - leader of the team of Project
Managers responsible for IT Infrastructure program of
projects for Americas or Global scopes
• Acting as Senior Consultant to each business entity,
proposing innovative technologies, understanding new
requirements, supporting IT area to be one strategic piece
for the business development.
• Manager of leaders, responsible for budgets for operation
and projects (Capex and Opex), average of USD 7M per
year.
• Services contract management, growing and maintaining
key partnerships as well supporting audit and compliance
processes to support business operation in a best-in-class
model.
• Experience with multiple areas like WAN, LAN, Security,
CCTV, IOT, Wireless technologies (LoRaWAN, Public LTE,
Private LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi, Microwave solutions, etc.), Data
Center, Cloud services, Collaboration, Voice and others.
