In my current position, I am responsible for managing most of our tours in Italy and France, which means I am the primary point of contact for clients seeking advice, recommendations, or assistance with booking their cycling trips in these beautiful countries. Whether clients reach out via email or phone, I’m here to guide them through the entire process. What I particularly enjoy about this role is its creative aspect. Many of our guests seek to customize their tours, and helping them craft a personalized travel experience is both rewarding and exciting. Additionally, I value the relationships I’ve built with our local partners, as it allows me to stay informed about unique offerings in the region. Plus, having the chance to speak Italian with many of them is an added bonus! My Key Responsibilities:
Managing booking requests in German and English. Providing detailed answers to inquiries about our tours and destinations. Helping customers find their dream bike holiday, offering support before, during, and after their travels. Thanks to the support of my wonderful colleagues and partners, I continue to grow and learn every day. I look forward to further developing my skills and contributing to the success of Rad + Reisen!
