Feb. 2023 - Feb. 2025Hong Kong SAR1. Lead a team that delivers innovative, refreshing digital campaigns to drive & sustain the overall Deposit balances & growth of Time Deposit (inclu. Online) targeting specifically the Wealth segment (AUM of HK$1million deposits and above). 2. Creation of New Income Stream for the bank through different cross selling & buddle opportunities with different stakeholders (i.e Investment, Bancainsurance,) to continuously expend revenue source. 3. New Product Management is a staple for the team with multiple launches per year to continue exciting the market to acquire new funds. Launches such as FCY Booster, Payroll Onboarding and etc. 4. Reform & Innovate (via Gamification) existing reward loyalty program that is purposeful to drive customers stickiness towards the bank, balance growth & personalized customer engagement. Evidently drive 3x customer transactions per month [eStamps Program] 5. Resolve & re-engage customers that has complaints & negative feedbacks with positive re-enforcements tactics thru the use of engagement tools (i.e Push Notification, Bottom sheets & Insight Tabs) to guide them through the customer journey. 6. Create strategic engagement visions by formulating hypothesis to tested based on data insights of the customer persona & engagement statistics analysis. Tapping on GenAI to help productivity & content creation management. 7. Develop cross functional collaboration with stakeholders especially with Digital & Ecosystems, Tech & Agile Train Teams, Branch, Contact Centre to deliver Digital First Strategy
