Key Responsibilities: - IT Strategy Development: Crafting the refinery’s IT roadmap to support the design, development, and future operation of a state-of-the-art Biomethane facility. - Infrastructure Design: Leading the design and planning of IT and systems, including SCADA, PLCs, and secure network architecture, to ensure seamless integration from the ground up. - Digital Transformation: Spearheading the adoption of smart technologies, including IoT, AI, and data analytics, to enable real-time monitoring and predictive insights during the design. Establishing a proactive cybersecurity framework to safeguard sensitive data and critical infrastructure. - Collaborative Innovation: Working closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure IT systems meet the unique needs of a start-up in the renewable energy sector. - Compliance & Scalability: Ensuring IT solutions comply with industry standards while being scalable to support future expansion and operational complexities. Key Achievements (Design Phase): - Defined and implemented the IT architecture blueprint for a scalable, secure, and efficient Biomethane refinery. - Established a digital foundation that integrates Industry 4.0 technologies for advanced process control and automation. - Led the selection and onboarding of technology vendors and partners, ensuring alignment with project goals and budget constraints. - Designed a data strategy to facilitate informed decision-making during development and operational planning.
