With Atrivity, a Compettia product, our mobile trivia app gives companies the ability to increase sales, train employees, improve knowledge, onboard faster and measure ROI of events all with games. Our customers include Novartis, Beckton Dickinson, Medtronic, Bayer, Armani, and other leading international brands from pharma, banking, fashion, retail, and automotive. My responsibilities include:
- Acquire new strategic customer relationships internationally through demonstrating sales process and pipeline management best practices
- Fully penetrate complex multinational organizations, mapping out org structures, identifying key influencers and decision makers, and developing strong relationships while selling Atrivity
- Coordinate the involvement of different departments including customer success and marketing resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations
- Stay abreast of competitors and gamification industry trends and changes
- Build and maintain a database of prospective customers
