For these three brands, my responsibilities are: a) Plan and execute all digital marketing for the brands, including social media, SEO & SEM, marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns b) Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with customers c) Design, build, and maintain all brands' social media presence d) Launch optimized online adverts through social media e) Measure & report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against KPIs such as brand awareness and conversion f) Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media g) Identify trend & insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights h) Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies i) Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels & customer touchpoints j) Collaborate & maintain partnerships with agencies and vendors k) Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails, and organize their distribution through available channels l) Collaborate with designers to improve ccampaigns m) Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of analytics tool n)Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date
