• Maintain data quality and accuracy of database
• Learn in mobile technology, E-Topup System, Sale Tracking System project development, customer registration
• Learn in reporting and analysis using BICP and BI
• Learn in business communication with channel partner such as regional sale team, authorized distributors
• Learn in problem solving techniques especially to customer complaint regarding of customer registration, E-Topup management system, Dealer programs
• Learn in risk assessment, estimation and planning to reduce human errors in building of dealers relationship with company
• Learn in unit testing, system testing and user acceptance testing of Dealer Management, EVC, STS and Mobile App
• Participate in Roll out of Sale Tracking System and train distributors and regional sale teams
• Learn SIM life cycle process, dunning process, tariff plan (demo lines for channel partners) and value add services to customers
• Learn in commercial planning of sale targets and commission payments
