Jan. 2022Throughout my professional journey over the past three years at Hany Saad innovations, I have contributed to more than 40 projects across residential,
administrative, hospitality, and commercial sectors, spanning a wide range
of scales, styles, and budgets. My role encompasses the full project lifecycle,
beginning with client consultations to understand requirements and
expectations, and continuing through to final delivery.
I guide turn-key projects from vision to reality, selecting every material,
piece of furniture, and accessory with intention, transforming spaces into
cohesive, welcoming environments that engage and delight the end user.

IMPRESSION
DUBAI ISLANDS AND ALLURA PROJECTS FOR CITI DEVELOPERS
Managed and delivered the full FF&E scope, including Mood boards for
every space as well as curated selections of decorative and technical
lighting, sanitary fixtures, and the creation of detailed material boards
covering all finishes. All selections were developed in line with the approved
3D visuals to maintain design integrity. Delivered a fully coordinated vendor
list, enabling clients to seamlessly purchase all specified items.
Collaborated with the developer’s team to request, review, and approve
material samples, ensuring the final outcome accurately reflected the
design intent.
VILLA 9, UPTOWN CAIRO, EMAAR
A high-end residential project located in a prime area of Cairo, designed to
reflect a refined sense of luxury and contemporary elegance in line with the
client’s vision. The design process was driven by strict adherence to the
approved mood boards and subsequent 3D visuals, ensuring a seamless
translation from concept to reality. Every detail was meticulously curated,
from finishes and furniture to lighting, accessories, carpets, and artwork,
resulting in a cohesive and thoughtfully executed living environment.
Throughout the project, I directed and guided suppliers and contractors at
every stage, ensuring precision in execution and achieving a result that met
the highest standards of quality and design integrity.
