After building the EZAir Wireless brand from the ground up, the focus shifted to product management, online/offline sales, PPC campaigns, partnerships with content providers, and media buys. As a result, our small team achieved one million in revenue in the first year of operation. Another hat was that of online marketing. I was the creative director for all English campaigns. Whether for banners and landing pages for our partnerships, videos, print, or collateral, I did everything, except the actual physical design. Hat number three was that of operations. By working closely with the supply chain and logistics department and fulfillment center to keep all of our warehouses sufficiently stocked, I ensured that all orders arrived to the customers in a timely fashion. Rain, sleet, or snow, just like the old mailman. I’ve also been lucky enough to be a product manager. From the design of the product enclosure and functionality, to the user guides and manuals, to the product sleeves and boxes, I was able to experience the process start to finish. ▪ Created concepts and wrote content for website, banners, landing pages, PPC campaigns, videos, and email blasts; supervised the graphic designers and animators until completion.
▪ Managed CRM strategy and execution through B2C channels and B2B partners resulting in one million dollars in revenue in the first year of operation.
