Jan. 2026SwitzerlandAs a Manager of Customer Success, I lead the strategy and day-to-day operations to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and overall performance.
I manage and develop the Customer Success team, design and implement efficient and scalable processes, and closely monitor performance through data analysis and key metrics. I work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Technical teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience, from pre-sales to post-sales.
My role also includes overseeing pre- and post-sales operations, customer support, supply chain optimization, internal process structuring, and contributing to strategic decision-making and company growth initiatives.
