Mar. 2024As CTO of Forward Edge-AI, I lead technology strategy, product direction, and engineering execution across secure communications, advanced cybersecurity, embedded systems, and mission-critical platforms. I focus on turning complex technical challenges into deployable products that solve real operational problems. My work spans cryptographic systems, resilient communications, embedded and edge devices, remote device management, telemetry, intelligent automation, networking, and distributed systems, with deep experience in secure government and classified network environments, including Common Criteria / NIAP, CSfC, FIPS 140-3, and High Assurance / Type 1 systems. I also bring practical experience with C/C++, Linux internals, Linux embedded environments, PetaLinux, and the Yocto Project, which supports my work in building secure, high-assurance systems from the platform layer upward. I work closely with leadership, engineering teams, customers, and partners to align technology strategy with mission needs and commercial growth. A major part of my role is bridging innovation and execution, taking products from concept and architecture through engineering, field deployment, productization, scaling, operational refinement, and commercialization. I also led the effort to put Isidore Quantum into space, deploying Forward Edge-AI’s encryption technology on Rogue Space’s Barry-2 cubesat. More broadly, I am focused on building secure, resilient technologies that are not only technically advanced, but operationally viable, scalable, and ready for adoption in demanding mission and commercial environments.
