Sep. 2003 - May. 2006Phnom Penh, Cambodia•Project Design/ Re-design: Complete (and revise when necessary) the five years project design, including community need assessments, project design, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation and reporting.
•Planning: Draft the project annual plan of action and annual budget. Revise the project’s annual plan of action and budget at the mid-year budget review
•Monitoring (Operations): Continuously monitor the implementation of the project to ensure that the project system and staff are working to achieve the project goal and objective and that the project is maintaining WVC and donor accountability standards. Ensure all grant requirement are adhered to •Monitoring: Approve project expenditure and contract up to 1000 $, monitor and evaluate budgeted and actual expenditure with finance officer and Operations manager on a monthly basis.
•Evaluation: Assist in implantation of the project evaluation and audit
•Government Relation: Develop and maintain good relationship with provincial district commune officials, village leaders, and village development committee leaders in the project target areas.
•Partner Agency and NGO Relations: Maintain good relationship with other International and Local NGOs working in the target areas
• Donor Relation: Compile professional and high quality management report for a major donor in timely manner, meeting donors’ requirements. Ensure all reports are highly accurate, comprehensive, well documented, and will ensure the credibility of the projects.
•Reporting: Prepare quarterly report, annual, and end of project reports as required by World Vision, government donors, and others interested bodies. Prepared project information and article as require
•Funding: Assist in preparation of grant proposal to major donors, when necessary •Integration Program: Provide adequate support and supervision to the integration program such health component, Vision Fund Cambodia, Mine, Fisheries, with other special program into the ADP.
