Dec. 2025 - Mar. 2026Amman, Jordan• Manage day-to-day facility operations, building maintenance, and hard/soft services for mixed-use assets (residential, hospitality, public realm) within the Saraya Aqaba development, including Manarah Hotel, Western Hotel, Staff Facility, and Raha Village, ensuring occupant comfort and operational excellence.
• Lead construction management activities for asset upgrades, rehabilitation, defect rectification, and snagging, ensuring full compliance with approved designs, specifications, quality assurance (QA/QC) standards, and handover requirements.
• Oversee MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and Building Management Systems (BMS), implementing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs using CAFM/CMMS platforms to ensure reliability, safety, energy efficiency, and asset lifecycle performance.
• Prepare scopes of work, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and tender documents; manage end-to-end procurement, contractor performance monitoring, vendor negotiations, and deliverables tracking aligned with ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Administer contracts, review invoices, process variations and change orders, and coordinate with procurement, finance, and legal teams for cost control, compliance, and claims management.
• Control OPEX/CAPEX budgets including financial planning, budget forecasting, cost optimization, variance analysis, and earned value management to maximize return on investment.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational governance, space management, energy management, and tenant relations, supporting smooth transition from construction to operations.
• Act as key stakeholder liaison with tenants, hotel operators, municipal authorities, Civil Defense, and utility providers; prepare progress reports, risk registers, and executive-level recommendations for senior management.
