I ensure smooth execution of activities by monitoring day-to-day operations, such as preparing plans and shift schedules, carrying out competency assessments, and assigning tasks to teams in emergency situations. I execute corporate initiatives by liaising with the head office engineering technical authority and maintenance support group and HSE management. I monitor the development and implementation of SAP maintenance management system to increase efficiency of operations. I track all activities by preparing performance reports (criticality, backlog, labor utilisation, efficiency standards, and cost of unreliability reports). I collaborate with warehouse department to maintain inventory of spares. I assist the OGT superintendent in managing various tasks to reduce equipment downtime and spoilage. Following are the highlights of the value I brought to Coens Energy, Daewoo International E&P: ☛ Provide inputs and manage the establishment of the maintenance outsourcing strategy in collaboration with Contract and Procurement department by reviewing contractor performance and facilitating contract administration to ensure plant availability and reliability, cost optimization, and effective utilization of resources/contractors. ☛ Direct, control, and manage the critical spare part review programs through monthly meetings/review with OEM and contract and procurement department to ensure critical spare parts are identified and proposed in the system for further material management by purchasing department to sustain plant production and quick plant recovery during breakdown and incidences. ☛ Strategize and manage all plant equipment reliability projects and initiatives by reviewing and implementing long-term plans, introducing new technology, and capturing all the best practices to ensure continuous improvement of equipment performance and reliability.
