• I supervised the brand creation and launch under the name of MQamara,
• Put in place the marketing strategies, ensuring the concept reached its full potential. The concept has now expanded to various settings, including:
o Concession areas of movie theaters
o Sports stadiums
o Unique food trucks developed specifically for M2amara
o Dining areas within malls
Also collaborated with a franchise consultant to design the right franchise plan and scheme for M2amara. Additionally, I successfully negotiated franchise deals with major markets and international food investors, positioning MQamara as one of the most affordable and accessible franchises in the region.
