I am a data and analytics professional with over 10 years of experience helping organisations turn complex, often unstructured environments into scalable, data-driven operations. My background combines Big 4 experience (EY) with hands-on project work across finance, private equity, and other sectors. I have worked directly with senior decision-makers in low-maturity environments, where the main challenge is not building models, but structuring workflows and data in a way that supports reliable decision-making and scalable operations. My work typically sits at the intersection of analytics, automation, and process improvement. This includes building data models and dashboards to improve transparency and forecasting, as well as redesigning and automating workflows that have become bottlenecks as organisations grow. Examples include increasing processing capacity by ~10x through automation in a regulatory context, and significantly improving financial visibility and decision-making by developing structured data models that supported external financing.
