Davide Zaccariello is a mindset coach, trainer, and the creator of the Reframing the Mainframe method. Trained in the US in the 1990s, he built his approach on deeply practical foundations — working through an association that served prisons, psychiatric hospitals, palliative care units, and abuse survivors across Italy, Central America, and South Africa. Since 2005 he has brought his methodology into the business world, with seven years at the University of Johannesburg followed by work with Ashridge and HULT International Business School in the UK. Through Poxibilita, he delivers group training and individual coaching focused on metaconversation — the context skills that apply to any professional and personal situation. Author of 3 books, 2 courses on leadership and communication, and more than 200 articles, his work draws on the thinking of Bateson, Watzlawick, Frankl, Heidegger, and Buber.
