- Clean up and cleaning of Hot buffet, Cold buffet, coffee and tea station, tables, polishing of silver wear and glasses, and “Mise en Place” for teh following day.
- Teaching new students how to work the restaurant.
- Managing a group of students, to work as a team and work a section of the restaurant.
- Taking daily inventory, reporting to manger, and replenishing inventory.
- Close the restaurant once everything was cleaned up and students left.
