Development and implementation of Change Management Strategies and Plans, including sponsor-, training-, stakeholder management- , role mapping-, communication- and team initiatives.
Sponsor initiatives include Leadership Alignment, Coaching and Management if Business Ownership. Training initiatives include workshop facilitation, development of job aides and training tracking, management and reporting. Stakeholder Management includes Power User identification, coaching, onboarding and deployment. Also includes Change Tracking through various surveys. Role Mapping initiatives include the identification of stakeholder groups and mapping of End Users to ensure correct SAP system access. Communication initiatives include newsletters, newsflashes, broadcasts and assorted media, in alignment with departmental and company brand.
Team iniatives include management of Project Team health and planning and coordinating of departmental events.
