May. 1998 - Jan. 2001Started as a Southeast Manager for AutoConnect.com, the precursor to AutoTrader.com, then worked as a sales manager in Florida once the company became AutoTrader.com. From there, had the opportunity to write and prove a business plan for a high-end advertising concept now called the Partnership program, which currently generates hundreds of millions of dollars for the company. Developed all aspects of the product, from price point to collateral and employee sales training.
