Key Professional Achievements Systems Innovation: Successfully served as the Lead Consultant for the Public Procurement Commission (PPC) of Jamaica, where I spearheaded the introduction and stakeholder sensitization of the new SRS system, modernizing procurement tracking and compliance. Strategic Governance: Provided high-level consultancy for the Environmental Foundation of Jamaica and The Global Fund Jamaica, delivering critical evaluations that optimized resource allocation and program impact.
