Emotional Support to patients and families in a stressful, sometimes traumatic, situation. Provide family members with information about what to expect during transport and after arrival at the receiving facility. Patient Handover Upon arrival, provide a detailed handover to the receiving team, including all interventions, medications, and assessments made during transport.Maintain accurate, comprehensive records of patient care during the flight, which will be crucial for follow-up treatment. Follow all safety protocols for both the patient and crew. Participate in ongoing simulation and emergency drills to stay prepared for the demanding flight environment.
