Sep. 2015 - Nov. 2017I am Head of Academy Coaching from the U9s to the U18s as well as managing and leading the development of the club's elite U18 team. I hold responsibility for designing, introducing and managing coaching syllabuses throughout each of the Academy’s development phases, further enhancing the Coaching Competencies framework and Coach Development plans (previously put in place during my role as Lead FP Coach), and producing future pros from the U18s. Within the role I have been able to improve several areas of the Academy's operations, including the Academy Performance Plan (previously produced as Lead FP Coach), the Playing Philosophy, Coaching Philosophy, Recruitment Strategy, Core Values and time spent on the grass during each coaching session at all age groups. Key Achievements: ✓ Successfully implemented a target and objective based syllabus ✓ Led the U18s on a 10 game winning run during the first half of the 2015/16 season ✓ Helped three U18 players earn professional contracts at the end of the 2015/16 season

Key Achievements: ✓ Lead role in the Academy’s 2014/15 audit due to the club being without an Academy Manager ✓ Successfully completed all audit recommendations to secure Category Three academy status ✓ Given additional responsibility for several aspects of the Academy’s operations
