Lead the adoption of AI-enabled workforce analytics and talent technologies to modernize HR strategy, enhance organizational insight, and enable data-driven workforce planning and talent decisions at scale. These efforts strengthen leadership pipelines, improve organizational alignment, and support enterprise growth through scalable talent systems and leadership capability development.
