Angel Chelwa is a Nairobi-based nonprofit strategist and Executive Director of Horizon Futures Initiative, a regional NGO focused on youth employment and digital inclusion across East Africa. With over 12 years of experience in program design, impact measurement, and cross-sector partnerships, she has led initiatives that have connected more than 40,000 young people to training and dignified work. Prior to Horizon Futures, Angel held leadership roles at two international development agencies, where she specialized in scaling pilot projects into sustainable, community-owned programs.
