Jan. 1994 - Jan. 2000Managed a relational, multi-user direct mail database of over 400,000 records and catalog fulfillment center. Assisted in development of an online course catalog and registration database. Coordinated targeted mass mailings. Managed a Help Desk that provided software and hardware technical support to 250 employees of the Graduate School Frame Relay Wide Area Network and Local Area Network running Windows on Token Ring. Administered users and applications on an IBM AS/400 Mid-Range, 8+ NetWare 4.1 and 3.x servers running Microsoft Windows on Token Ring, as well as Word Perfect Office, Microsoft Office, Oracle, FoxPro, J.D.Edwards (Accounting) and other proprietary applications.
