I have expertise as an Operation Manager specializing in Administration, Human Resources and Financial Management. I was part of the Observer Mission to Namibia's UN Resolution 435 preparation for Namibia Independence. Founding Staff of Zambia Airways Namibia Office. Joined the Embassy of Finland after closure of Zambia Airways Namibia. Our office staff of 5 at Zambia Airways had made sales to enable us buy an office building opposite the City of Windhoek (Windhoek Municipality) Building. To date although sold at closure of office, it still shows the colours of Zambia Airways. The Manager's house in Olympia and the Regional Manager's house in Gaborone, Botswana. I went to USAID Namibia office after Embassy of Finland and became Administrator in charge of three Projects: Living in a Finite Environment (LIFE), Democracy & Governance and Reaching Out with Education to Adults in Development (READ) Project. From USAID I joined the World Bank office of Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA) as Senior Administrator in charge of Operations - Administration & Finance. Worked in same areas for Helsinki Consulting EU Project; Academy for Educational Development (AED) USAID Project in the Ministry of Education, KNCV - Dutch/Netherlands Project in the Ministry of Health and FHI - USAID Health Project. I'm a currently a freelance consultant in my various areas of expertise listed above including Hospitality and tourism.
