May. 2023London, England, United KingdomStrategic partner to the CEO and leadership team in a high-growth, digital travel marketplace. - Own the OKR and Annual Planning process: define objectives, align teams, and track progress company-wide. - Act as a sounding board to the CEO, proactively raising risks and surfacing cross-functional insights. - Lead leadership and all-hands meetings: set agendas, guide discussion, and ensure accountability for follow-ups. - Drive execution of strategic initiatives and special projects, partnering closely with department heads. - Strengthen operating cadence and internal communications to improve transparency and alignment. - Own the HR function, including overseeing effective management of HR systems, technology, and data analytics to support the business needs of the organization.
- Partner with team leads to develop and execute workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies to ensure the organisation has the right talent in the right roles at the right time.
