- New hire processing: Background checks (HireRight), candidate applications, I-9 (E-Verify), medical/dental/vision/FSA enrollment (BeneTrac), 401k enrollment (Ascensus)
- Design, manage, and oversee the entire New Hire Orientation process
- Termination processing: schedule and lead exit interviews, coordinate with payroll and IT for final paychecks and shutting down accesses, CIIAA Termination Agreements, EDD, provide COBRA enrollment options Recruitment:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for open positions via LinkedIn, Monster, and CATS
- Manage and conduct phone screens for incoming candidates, schedule phone interviews and on-site interviews with management teams and executive staff Benefits and Compensation:
- Perform monthly insurance bill audits of carriers via BeneTrac (Kaiser, UHC, Delta Dental, VSP, Accrue/CMS, and COBRA)
- Coordinate with employees, payroll, and carriers to manage employees and their dependents’ premiums and company costs
- Create a compensation program based on data from the annual Radford Salary Survey - Address all issues and concerns in coordination with brokers and carriers
- Assist in managing annual Open Enrollment Immigration: - Work as a liaison between employees, VP of HR, and law office for H1B and Green Card processes to ensure cases are managed in a timely manner and compliant government with regulation
